Katherine Fletcher Troy is a partner in the firm's real estate and land use practice group, as well as its business, corporate and commercial law group. Ms. Troy's practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate, including finance, acquisition and leasing. The properties involved in such transactions have included retail centers, office
buildings, hotels, mixed use properties, industrial facilities and warehouse facilities. Ms. Troy's finance experience includes representing institutional and private lenders as well as borrowers in connection with capital markets loans, mezzanine loans, multi-state loans, multi-property loans and mixed collateral loans. Her finance practice also includes representing sellers and purchases of notes. Ms. Troy's commercial law practice includes commercial finance involving equipment, inventory, rail, vessels and airplanes.
