Flynn Boonstra is a partner in the firm's real estate practice group. Ms. Boonstra's practice encompasses all areas of commercial real estate, including finance, acquisition, disposition, leasing, permitting and environmental matters. The properties involved in such transactions have included retail centers, office buildings, mixed use, and industrial facilities.

Permitting and approvals for an industrial environmental use

Synthetic leasing for a borrower in connection with an office property

Ms. Boonstra received her B.A. in Biology with honors from Williams College in 2004. She received her J.D. with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2011.
