Experience

Prior to joining Rogin Nassau, Ms. Roy represented the interests of both management and individual clients in employment cases in federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies. Ms. Roy also has experience assisting employers in providing preventive counseling, preparing employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.

Education

Ms. Roy received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Politics and Government from the University of Hartford in 2009 and her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law in 2013.
