Experience
Prior to joining Rogin Nassau, Mr. dePascale served as a judicial law clerk for two years, first clerking in the Legal Research Department of the Connecticut Superior court and then clerking for the Honorable Robert W. Clark of the Connecticut Appellate Court.
While in law school, Mr. dePascale served as vice president of the RWU Law Moot Court Board and as a teaching assistant for legal writing. He also received the CALI Award for the highest grade in Advanced Trial Advocacy, was a member of the honors program, and won a national writing competition sponsored by the American Bar Association's Criminal Justice Section.
Education
Mr. dePascale received his B.S., summa cum laude, in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University in 2018 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2021.
