Peter S. Sorokin

Peter S. Sorokin has extensive experience in many areas of real estate, including site acquisition (including title matters), real estate financing, construction, commercial leasing, and the sale of properties throughout the country. He has negotiated, on behalf of landlords and tenants, many major office leases for buildings in Connecticut and throughout the country. His clients in major lease and development transactions have included regional and national developers and investors. He has extensive experience in national tenant leasing and has represented shopping center owners in retail leasing matters.

Mr. Sorokin is a graduate of the University of Rochester (B.A., 1973) and Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1976).
