Stuart M. Roth

Stuart Roth is counsel to the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice. He has over 40 years of experience in representing clients in all aspects of litigation and family law. Mr. Roth has represented businesses and individuals in Federal and State Courts as well as Administrative Agencies. He has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury, business disputes, worker's compensation, criminal law, divorce, custody disputes, post judgment domestic matters, as well as mediation of domestic matters. Mr. Roth has tried numerous cases to completion before both court and jury as well as administrative agencies.

Experience

Mr. Roth has been engaged in the practice of law since 1971. He previously was a partner at Schatz & Schatz, Ribicoff & Kotkin and a member of Krevolin, Roth & Connors, LLC. He has served as a Special Masters in many state courts assisting litigants in dispute resolution. He has served on the Board of Directors of many charitable organizations, and currently serves as a life director of the Hartford Jewish Community Center, a director of Hebrew Health Care and the Wohl Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of Kief Protective Mutual Benefit Association.

Education

Mr. Roth is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (B.S. Business Administration 1967) and it's Law School (J.D. 1971) where he graduated with Honor and served as a member of Law Review.
